C'mon, food!

Ok, I'm surprised at myself for not getting on top of trying new cuisines. I work in Manhattan, it can't be that hard. So to just get some ideas in my head, here is a list of the 10 cuisines I want to attempt. It doesn't have to be these, but it'll help me focus:
