101 Things to Do in 1001 Days

For those of you who are not familiar with this concept, the following is a list of things I've been meaning to do, but just haven't buckled down and done yet. I will give myself the next 1001 days to complete this to-do-list

Get organized:
1. Fully decorate my bedroom
2. Live in an environment where everything has a place, and is not just sitting around in an exposed area/random cardboard box.
3. Clean for 5 minutes every day I'm home
4. Love my kitchen, make it a place where I'll love to cook
5. Sort through all my important paperwork and IDs and documents and store them properly.

Challenge myself:
6. Have my jewelry sold in cape cod
7. Earn a black belt in aikido
8. Resolve not to hit the snooze button once for one week straight. (0/7)

Play catch-up:
9. Make plans in advance to hang out with my best friend at least twice a month
10. Reconnect with my dad's side cousins
11. Not let my voice mail reach more than 5 new messages
12. Visit my old home and school in Kearny

The root of all evil:
13. Earn a 65k salary
14. Be rid of 75% of my current debt
15. Put $101 out of every paycheck into savings

Won't know till I try
16. Attend Burning Man (or equivalent if it becomes too commercial in the next couple years)
17. Determine whether or not I will get motion sick on a cruise
18. See a drive-in movie
19. Experience Shakespeare in the Park
20. Start an indoor herb garden
21. Go hang gliding
22. Go to an incubus concert
23. Send a piece of my jewelry to a celebrity I love
24. See Garrison Keillor perform live
25. Go to a live taping of The Daily Show
26. Gallop on a horse
27. Go horse back riding on the beach
28. Participate in a mass prank
29. Drink real absinthe the right way with friends
30. Create a piece of jewelry using diamond
31. Try 10 New types of cuisine (1/10)
32. Record a song in an actual studio
33. Read or see King Lear
34. Spend at least $100 on a vendor's booth for a promising craft show.
35. Go rock hunting for a precious gemstone (mining or panning emeralds/rubbies/sapphire)

Give a little
36. Sponsor an animal at a no-kill shelter
37. Donate blood at least twice a year (2008: 2/2 - 2009: 1/2 - 2010: 0/2 - 2011: 0/1)
38. Give a $100 Loan to Kiva.org
39. Donate all my extra clothing at least once a year (2008: 1/1 - 2009: 0/1 - 2010: 0/1)
40. Do 100 hours of community service - 4.5/100
41. Present a random homeless person with a slice of pizza

Be thoughful:
42. Write a poem for 10 people I love
43. Post a mission once a month to my spiritual-topic tribe
44. Compliment a total stranger at least once a week
45. Send a thoughtful gift to a different friend each month
46. Send out holiday cards to all the people I love each Christmas

Genesis:
47. Concoct a specialty cocktail drink - ala Liv
48. Record an audio book
49. Make myself an awesome skirt
50. Create a color painting the way raphael ortiz taught me

Learn a thing or two
51. Learn to glaze pottery and make myself a set of mugs

Surround myself with things I love:

77. Have a bathroom with a swan motif, like my grandma's old house.
78. Own an Eco Sphere (Y'know, one of those glass balls with a self sufficient environment for tiny shrimp)
79. Raise a butterfly
80. Keep an Orchid plant in each room of my residence (any room with sunlight)
81. Save up and buy an iPhone
82. Continue stained glass collection
83. Own a queen sized bed
84. Adopt my very own dog
85. Own a fresh water community aquarium

For Love, for laughs, for my sanity:
86. See a movie at a theater once a month
87. Organize a laser tag party.
88. Double date to the Melting Pot at least 3 times a year (2008: 2/2 - 2009: 0/3 - 2010: 0/3 - 2011: 0/1)
89. Get engaged (hopefully)
90. Start going to anime conventions again on a 3x/year basis.
91. Start a private online journal. Give only my best girl access. Like it was in high school.
92. Take at least 10 pictures each weekend for a year, and catalog them in a blog.
93. See a Broadway show
94. Be in an ongoing face to face role play campaign with friends
95. Go on a real vacation with my boyfriend
96. Go scuba diving again
97. Visit Angle Lake, NV again
98. Find a new anime to fall desperately into
99. See more of Yellowstone Park
100. Spend less time commuting
101. Visit Europe
